The Company’s management is led by the Board of Directors, supported by advisory committees that contribute technical depth to decision-making.
This body undergoes an external evaluation conducted by an independent consultancy, which assesses its performance in terms of value creation and meeting dynamics, among other aspects. The results of the evaluation are discussed with the People and Corporate Governance Committee, which defines action plans for continuous improvement.
