Furthermore, we are committed to creating and strengthening inclusive, ethical and mutually beneficial bonds of trust with our stakeholders. We also ensure accountability and the necessary means for receiving and processing feedback. The categories of stakeholders with which we engage and the purpose are mentioned on page 46. We seek to ensure meaningful engagement also through public meetings, forums, community events, phone calls, interviews, surveys and other spaces in which interested parties are encouraged to express their opinions.
