We are the largest pharmaceutical retail company in Brazil, focused on our purpose of building a healthier society. Our recent history began in 2011, with the merger of Drogasil and Raia, two centenary brands with a strong reputation.
As leaders in Brazilian pharmaceutical retail, we combine technology and personalized service to offer prevention, care, and well-being, integrating our pharmacies with digital channels.
We have 73,379 employees, including 14,360 pharmacists. In 2025, we served 51.7 million active customers across 3,547 pharmacies in 663 municipalities in every state in the country. This structure is coordinated from the RD Saúde Campus in São Paulo and includes 15 distribution centers and 1 logistics hub.
Our newest Distribution Center, opened in 2025 in Viana (ES), brings together more than 200 employees working alongside 90 robots, in an environment that combines innovation, efficiency, and safety.
The automation combines autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), which transport shelving units to picking stations, and autonomous case-handling robots (ACRs), which automate the handling of packages.
In 2025, we advanced our climate agenda across the value chain (scope 3). To this end, we structured a support program for our direct suppliers and private-label partners, subsidizing access to a calculation platform and consulting services for building emissions inventories. As a result, 78.9% of priority suppliers by emissions now have a greenhouse gas inventory.
