Patient health outcomes

We do not track adherence at the time of the initial prescription, but we have developed an indicator to monitor the continuity of treatment over 12 months for patients with chronic conditions, based on the frequency and volume of purchases. Between December 2024 and 2025, there was an increase in adherence, reflecting initiatives such as awareness campaigns on treatment interruption and training for pharmacists. We also provide post-purchase support to help customers understand and use their medications correctly, with 12.9 million interactions in 2025. We also offer digital signatures, which allow customers to schedule purchases and deliveries, and the Na Rotina program, featuring personalized reminders—which involved 2.5 million active participants this year.
