The ratio of the highest individual remuneration to the average individual remuneration of employees who contributed to or remained with the company throughout the 2025 fiscal year was 212.52 times. The calculation includes the total individual remuneration of RD Saúde employees, excluding apprentices, interns, board members, and statutory officers. The remuneration consists of fixed and variable components (base salary, 13th-month bonus, vacation pay, the profit-sharing program, and vested long-term incentives).
