The Ethical Conversation Channel is available 24 hours a day, and is operated by an external, independent company, ensuring confidentiality, proper handling of reports, and protection
against retaliation against the whistleblower. It can be used by employees, former employees,
customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Reports may be anonymous or identified.
General inquiries—such as questions, requests, or suggestions—are directed to the appropriate managers. Sensitive cases, such as harassment, discrimination, corruption, or conflicts of interest, are investigated by the Ethics and Compliance department and reviewed by the Ethics Committee (CAE), which is composed of executives.
The channel is governed by the Ethical Conversation Channel Policy, which establishes a procedure for complaints involving managers or members of senior management, ensuring that
the accused do not participate in the investigation or in determining any measures to be taken.
