RD Saúde’s priority topics were defined through active listening, guided by the Stakeholder Engagement Policy, updated in 2024. The process involved 14 groups, including employees, customers, suppliers, NGOs, board members, executives, and communities.
We also conducted market analysis based on global indices such as MSCI ESG Ratings, in addition to SASB standards for pharmaceutical retail.
Technical data was cross-referenced with surveys and interviews with customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and community partners, and the result was validated by senior leadership.
In the end, we defined 12 material topics that guide the management and content of this report.
The table below shows how these topics relate to the People + Healthy, Business + Healthy, and Planet + Healthy pillars, five of which are cross-cutting. It also links each topic to specific impacts, GRI and SASB indicators, and the UN SDGs.
