Through our Conscious Disposal program, available at 100% of our pharmacies, we reached a record volume in collecting expired or unused medications: 534 tons in 2025 alone, a 24% increase over the previous year. This result stems from customer awareness efforts and engagement from our operations teams.
We also advanced customer engagement through our reverse logistics project with Ecoloop, present at nine pharmacies in the city of São Paulo. The initiative collected more than 1.5 million packages, properly disposed of more than 23 tons of waste, and engaged 7,927 people (customers and non-customers): 95% of participants considered the pharmacy a suitable location for recyclable material collection.
