The Integrity Program is overseen by the Board of Directors through the Audit Committee and is primarily guided by the Code of Conduct, which sets out guidelines for employees and partners.<br \/>\nIn 2025, 21,899 employees completed the course on the <a href=\"https:\/\/rdsaude.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/fdf364a0-codigo-da-gente-etica-e-conduta-na-rd.pdf\">Code of Conduct<\/a> on the RD Sa\u00fade University platform, equivalent to 32% of the company\u2019s average annual headcount. Ethical standards also apply to business partners.
