To this end, we invest in actions that promote integral health and the transformation of society in a permanent and sustainable manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a Philanthropy and Contributions Policy that establishes guidelines for philanthropy, donations, contributions and incentives to guide decisions on granting them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In 2023, we created the Tax Incentive Policy, which aims to defend, regulate and implement our interests in the use of federal tax incentives, defining the roles and responsibilities of all those involved;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
We follow a strategy based on the Theory of Change, which organizes pillars of action and investment guidelines (available on page 72 of the Report);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In 2023, we designed an indicator dashboard and project monitoring tools, which will allow us to increase visibility of the impact of investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
To fully exploit this potential, we have established a governance framework to ensure that initiatives are aligned with our ambition and business model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have four sources of Philanthropy funding, all focused on health: donation of the company\u2019s own resources, derived from 1% of the Company’s net profit in the previous year; customer donations, made through the sale of copies of Sorria and Troco Solid\u00e1rio; donation of products close to their expiration date (DOA); and tax incentives allocated to the Rouanet Law, Audiovisual Law, Condeca\/Fumcad, the Elderly Fund, and the Sports Incentive Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
