We ended the year 2024 with 48.1% of black people in leadership positions.

We ended 2024 with more than 2,500 people with disabilities on our workforce.

In 2024, we totaled 4% of professionals in this age group.
13 - Achieve a 90% employee-rated environment in terms of their level of inclusion in pharmacies, RD Saúde Campus, and DCs
In 2023, 73% of our people evaluated the RD Saúde environment as inclusive.

Since 2021, we have fostered the professional development of more than 4,300 individuals through educational incentives provided by RD Saúde.
15 - Reach 40 thousand employees trained in programs that have an impact on their professional career and/or develop skills for the future
In 2024, there were 4,575 professionals trained in career-impact programs. Since 2021, a total of 16,939
people have been trained.
16 - To provide 150,000 cumulative income-boosting opportunities by 2030
In 2024, there were 18,480 opportunities to increase income. Since 2021, 64,371 people have received merits and promotions (accumulated numbers).
